Business Analyst Intern (BBA)

Role Overview

This internship introduces candidates to the way business requirements are studied, organised and communicated to design and development teams. The focus is on learning structured documentation, process understanding and collaboration rather than independently owning project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Learn the basic software/project lifecycle and the role of a business analyst within it.
• Support requirement discussions by preparing questions, taking notes and organising information.
• Assist in preparing simple requirement documents, process flows, user stories and acceptance points under guidance.
• Collaborate with project, design, development and QA teams to understand how requirements move through a project.
• Support basic research, data review and comparison of existing processes or competitor features.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and incorporate feedback accurately.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completing an eligible degree with passing year 2027.
• Strong interest in analysis, documentation, business processes and software solutions.
• Ability to understand details, identify missing information and ask logical questions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and presentation tools.

Stipend and PPO

• Month 1: unpaid training and evaluation period.
• Month 2 onward: INR 8,000-12,000 per month.
• Indicative full-time PPO: INR 2.5-5 LPA, subject to skills, performance, final examination clearance and the written offer.

Common Internship Framework

• Eligible passing batch: 2027.
• Month 1 is an unpaid training and evaluation period.
• From Month 2 onward, the internship stipend is INR 8,000-12,000 per month, based on evaluation and the approved internship period.
• Candidates may be assigned to any of the company shift windows based on project or client requirements.
• All responsibilities are assigned according to the intern's current knowledge, learning progress, project requirements and supervision available.
