Front-end Developer Intern

Role Overview

This internship helps candidates learn how responsive and user-friendly interfaces are created from approved designs. The intern will work under developer guidance, practise coding standards and gradually support real project modules.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Learn the structure of production front-end projects, reusable components and coding conventions.
• Support implementation of assigned UI sections from approved designs under guidance.
• Practise responsive layouts, browser compatibility, accessibility and basic performance optimisation.
• Work with APIs and learn how data is displayed, validated and handled in the interface.
• Assist in debugging UI issues and applying feedback received through testing or code review.
• Use Git responsibly and collaborate with designers, back-end developers and QA team members.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completing a technical degree with passing year 2027.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design and interest in modern front-end development.
• At least one academic, personal or practice project that demonstrates learning.

Stipend and PPO

• Month 1: unpaid training and evaluation period.
• Month 2 onward: INR 8,000-12,000 per month.
• Indicative full-time PPO: INR 2.5-5 LPA, subject to skills, performance, final examination clearance and the written offer.

Common Internship Framework

• Eligible passing batch: 2027.
• Month 1 is an unpaid training and evaluation period.
• From Month 2 onward, the internship stipend is INR 8,000-12,000 per month, based on evaluation and the approved internship period.
• Candidates may be assigned to any of the company shift windows based on project or client requirements.
• All responsibilities are assigned according to the intern's current knowledge, learning progress, project requirements and supervision available.
