Role Overview
This internship is designed to teach candidates how technology and digital projects are planned, tracked and coordinated. The intern will support project managers and team members with documentation, task follow-up and communication while learning the complete project workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn the stages of a project from requirement confirmation to design, development, testing and closure.
- Support task creation, timeline tracking, meeting coordination and routine status updates.
- Assist in preparing minutes of meetings, action lists, approval trackers and project records.
- Work with project managers to understand priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers.
- Collaborate with design, development, QA and client-facing teams for information follow-up.
- Learn to use project tools and maintain accurate task status under supervision.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completing an eligible degree with passing year 2027.
- Interest in project management, technology services and team coordination.
- Strong organisation, documentation and time-management ability.
- Comfort with regular follow-ups and working with multiple stakeholders.

Stipend and PPO
- Month 1: unpaid training and evaluation period.
- Month 2 onward: INR 8,000-12,000 per month.
- Indicative full-time PPO: INR 2.5-5 LPA, subject to skills, performance, final examination clearance and the written offer.
Common Internship Framework
- Eligible passing batch: 2027.
- Month 1 is an unpaid training and evaluation period.
- From Month 2 onward, the internship stipend is INR 8,000-12,000 per month, based on evaluation and the approved internship period.
- Candidates may be assigned to any of the company shift windows based on project or client requirements.
- All responsibilities are assigned according to the intern's current knowledge, learning progress, project requirements and supervision available.
