Role Overview
This internship provides practical learning in day-to-day social media support, content scheduling and community engagement. The intern will work with the marketing team and learn platform discipline, brand consistency and reporting basics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn the day-to-day workflow used to manage social media pages and content schedules.
- Support content upload, scheduling and coordination after internal approval.
- Assist with basic community monitoring, comment/message tracking and escalation to senior team members.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors and content references relevant to assigned brands.
- Support simple Canva-based content adaptation using approved brand guidelines.
- Maintain content trackers and assist with weekly engagement summaries.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completing a graduation/postgraduation program with passing year 2027.
- Interest in social media execution, online communities and content operations.
- Basic familiarity with major social platforms and Canva.
- Ability to follow approval processes and maintain accurate schedules.

Stipend and PPO
- Month 1: unpaid training and evaluation period.
- Month 2 onward: INR 8,000-12,000 per month.
- Internship-only role: no PPO, full-time conversion or employment bond under this programme.
Common Internship Framework
- Eligible passing batch: 2027.
- Month 1 is an unpaid training and evaluation period.
- From Month 2 onward, the internship stipend is INR 8,000-12,000 per month, based on evaluation and the approved internship period.
- Candidates may be assigned to any of the company shift windows based on project or client requirements.
- All responsibilities are assigned according to the intern's current knowledge, learning progress, project requirements and supervision available.
