Role Overview
This internship is designed for candidates who want to learn social media planning, brand communication and platform-based marketing. The intern will support the team with research, content planning and basic performance review under guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn how social media objectives are connected with brand and campaign goals.
- Support research on audiences, competitors, content formats and platform trends.
- Assist in preparing content calendars, post ideas, captions and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to understand brand tone and content consistency.
- Support scheduling, publishing coordination and basic platform reporting.
- Observe campaign reviews and learn how engagement and content performance are interpreted.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completing a graduation/postgraduation program with passing year 2027.
- Strong interest in social media, content, digital communication and branding.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook content formats.
- Ability to write simple, clear captions and present content ideas.

Stipend and PPO
- Month 1: unpaid training and evaluation period.
- Month 2 onward: INR 8,000-12,000 per month.
- Internship-only role: no PPO, full-time conversion or employment bond under this programme.
Common Internship Framework
- Eligible passing batch: 2027.
- Month 1 is an unpaid training and evaluation period.
- From Month 2 onward, the internship stipend is INR 8,000-12,000 per month, based on evaluation and the approved internship period.
- Candidates may be assigned to any of the company shift windows based on project or client requirements.
- All responsibilities are assigned according to the intern's current knowledge, learning progress, project requirements and supervision available.
